Health Coaching Group is for those people who are not ready to do individual health coaching and prefer a group setting. It is also good for those individuals who have finished their individual health coaching programs and want to learn more about how to continue improving their health.
The purpose of the group coaching program is for you to identify the patterns in your life that no longer serve you and start making sustainable changes. By breaking patterns that don't work anymore, you can improve your mental and physical health from day one. Experience a loving, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
Meet with me and others in the group every two weeks for 6 months plus an introductory session. We present 13 different topics/group sessions. The price for each session is $45 and includes a course guide, support via whatsapp, and other supporting materials.
Set your own goals on the discussed topics and be held accountable. At the end of the program, you would have started new and sustainable healthy habits that will accompany you from then on.

Module 1 - Introduction and Goals Setting
In this module we set expectations and explain how the program works. We will talk about SMART goals and how to work on creating our own goals for the program. Setting goals will help you define what you want to achieve and see things with clarity.
Module 2 - Mindset
In this module we learn what is Mindset and how the mind can set us up for success or failure. Learn about the different types of mindsets and how to build and maintain a growth, positive and abundance mindset.
Module 3 - Self-love
In this module we discuss the meaning, importance, and benefits of practicing self-love to improve our health. Discover new ways to practice self-love and identify when self-love is needed. Learn about filling up our cup first to make a big difference on our own happiness.
Module 4 - Managing Stress
In this module we discuss the different types of stressors in our life including hidden stressors. Learn about the effects of stress, identify when we are stressed, how stress affects our health, and good practices to reduce stress in our lives.
Module 5 - Mindfulness
In this module we learn about the meaning of mindfulness, what are the benefits of practicing mindfulness, how are mindfulness and meditation related, and how living a mindful life can help us increase awareness to reduce anxiety.
Module 6 - Improve your Sleep, Improve your Life
In this module, learn about internal processes occurring while we sleep. Know about the importance of a good night sleep, tips to sleep better, recommended amount of sleep, and consequences of sleep deprivation. Learn to establish and good sleep routine.
Module 7 - Movement
In this module, we talk about the importance of moving our body and how to change our mindset and embrace the idea of moving constantly. We also talk about different ways to move, what is in the future of a sedentary life and problems with exercise overdose.
Module 8 - We Are What We Eat
In this module we talk about why what we eat matters. Learn about processed vs. non-processed foods, healthy fats vs. unhealthy fats and the different roles of carbohydrates. Learn about the recommended sources of food, micro and macronutrients, and role of sugar in our bodies. Learn how not to feel guilty about food but instead enjoy eating and learn to make better choices.
Module 9 - Hydration and Chewing
In this module we learn about the role of water in the body, the importance of staying hydrated, how to identify when our body is dehydrated and what are recommended water sources. Learn about the relationship between hydration and hunger, tiredness, and mood. Learn how to increase your water intake. We also go a step further from what we eat and discuss the importance of chewing as a way to help our bodies better digest our food.
Module 10 - Mindful Eating and Cravings
In this module we touch on topics that complement our previous modules. We talk about mindfulness again but now related to food. To add another important topic, we discuss cravings which roughly 90% of humans experience or have experienced in their lives.
Module 11 - Impact of Environment in our Lives
A clean and safe environment is essential for human health and well-being. In this module learn about the importance of having a supporting environment. We describe social and physical environments, we touch on the different ways a poor environment can affect our health, how to identify what needs to change, as well as how to build an environment that is safe and clean to help support our health.
Module 12 - Better Relationships, Better Health
In this module, we talk about healthy vs unhealthy relationships, how to build a healthy relationship, and health benefits of healthy relationships. We also touch on other type of relationships that can affect our health like the relationship with money and nature.
Module 13 - Spirituality
Understanding how Spirituality can be different for different people, in this module, we pretend to define Spirituality, it's importance, difference between Spirituality and Religion, how to be more Spiritual, and common characteristics of spiritual people.
