Oat pancakes

You will need a blender for this recipe.

10 pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 medium size ripe banana
  • 1/2 Tbsp of honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and let it set for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a large griddle or non stick pan over medium heat and grease with a very small amount of coconut oil or olive oil to keep pancakes from sticking.
